Custom or bulk orders may require a longer fulfillment time. You will be notified if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted logistics providers for domestic shipments within Pakistan. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or quoted manually for bulk orders.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic (within Pakistan): 3–7 business days
International: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Pakistan.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to local conditions or customs processes.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Pakistan.
Special arrangements for bulk export or shipping to remote areas can be made by contacting our sales team.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or offer a replacement when necessary.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan.
COD payments must be made to the delivery agent at the time of receiving the goods.
