At Elaj Bil Hikmah (EBH), we take pride in providing high-quality, DRAP-approved herbal products. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that have been opened or used
Custom or bulk orders
Items returned after the 3-day window
Products damaged due to mishandling, heat exposure, or improper storage
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at elajbilhikmah98@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the product (if damaged)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Return Process
If approved, you will be provided with a return address and instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.
